NAM Spirituality and Mental Health Study Day @ Spurgeon's College
Jul 3 all-day

Please note that there is no catering on that day and we would ask you to bring your own lunch.

This day will be led by Nigel Copsey and is aimed at NAMs in their third learning contract.

Faith and Feelings

We will explore how our faith connects with our feelings. The aim is to explore how there is often a struggle between our feelings and our inner  journey of faith. We will look at why this occurs and how the inner struggle might be resolved.

Quiet Day @ Spurgeon's College
Oct 16 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Our Quiet Day programme is intended to encourage and enable others to connect with God. Each day will begin at 10am with a short chapel service, followed by two further services at 12 noon and 3pm. These optional services are designed to provide you with items to reflect on, however you may wish to spend the day in quiet contemplation instead. Services will be led by our College Staff and other invited guests.

You are encouraged to spend the day as you please, walking around the grounds and wood, reflecting in the chapel, enjoying a coffee in the café or sitting quietly. You will be given a study bedroom for the day, which you can use as your own quiet space.

The day is open to all, whether you have been to Spurgeon’s many times, or have never been here before. We invite you to come and journey with us as we seek to put ‘first things first’ and draw nearer to God.
