Applicants without three GCSE (Grades 9-4/A-C) may be admitted to the Spurgeon’s College Award in Theology programme on the basis of relevant experience and motivation. Any subsequent transfer to the University of Manchester validated courses will require the approval of the University and the fulfilment of the appropriate APL requirements.
All applicants applying for the Spurgeon’s Award in Theology will be invited for an interview and admitted on the following basis:Motivation for applying for the course

- Written test (aptitude)
If your first language is not English we require you take an IELTS (academic). The score required is an average of 6.5; the score for reading and writing bands must be 6.5.
