Learning Support Co-ordinator
Faith Sibanda transferred to the role of Learning Support Co-ordinator from that of Placements’ Coordinator at Spurgeon’s College. Faith completed the Equipped to Minister Course at the College in 2019.
Faith holds a Batchelor of Education Honours Degree in Primary School Education, and her subject specialism is in Educational Support for Bilingual Learners. Faith has over twenty-five years teaching experience which includes holding positions as Team Leader and Coordinator for Ethnic Minority Pupil Achievement in primary schools. Faith has provided effective teaching, learning support and focused interventions to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and those with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). She continues to undertake professional development activities in this field.
Faith serves at Kharis Church, London as a Cell Group Leader and Sunday school Teacher. She has a son who will be starting university next year. Faith’s leisure interests include spending time with family, serving in her church, going on retreats and writing prophetic poetry.
